The focus of our activities has been the arrangement of company pension schemes. The introduction of the Flexigesetz and other regulations influencing working time accounts has led to an increased concentration on the support, introduction and implementation of working time accounts. 

Deutsches Institut für Zeitwertkonten und Pensionslösungen AG^®  has supported small and medium-sized businesses as well as affiliated groups in the implementation of working time accounts for many years. The size of supported enterprises varies, with the largest employing over 7000 workers.
